Landon's One Year Session

Wooo hoooo! Landon is one! It has been so much fun to photograph this family (my friends!) over the past year. It has been amazing to see Landon grow up in front of my lens and eyes. To take a walk down memory lane, check out Landon's 3 Month Session, 6 Month Session, and 9 Month Session.  You may have noticed a hockey theme throughout. In the end Ashleigh & Todd received a 5x30 panel print which included an image from each session. Check it out at the end of this blog post!

I'm sure Landon will be a natural like his mom & dad on the ice some day!

We also had fun showing off Ashleigh's growing bump!

I LOVE a little tickle!

Landon's 9 Month Session

The weather has been playing tricks on us this year. Ashleigh and I talked about this session in advance knowing that we'd most likely have to shoot indoors due to the weather. Well... we...were..wrong. It was gorgeous and we took advantage of the beautiful day.
Landon is so sweet and photogenic! Had a blast with ya Ash & Todd!

How sweet!

Everytime I see this pic I smile!

~H.~ Family Session

When my sister approached me about a family session for her in-laws I was excited and then nervous. Wait, you mean everyone?, I asked. Yes, she calmly replied. I quickly counted and realized this would be session with 12 adults & 5 children. Deep breath, I can do this!
Then my sister filled me in on why this session was important. Her in-laws have been married for 40 years! This session was to be a gift and the product would include a gorgeous framed family pic.
Below you will meet the entire family, one couple at a time.

Let's start at the beginning.....

Happy 40 years Mark & Maria!

As we started little Logan wasn't too happy with us. After debating if we should take a break or not Logan stopped crying. Brenna glanced down and saw Logan's calm face and asked, What about this? I quickly snapped away!

So cute brother-in-law, sister, and niece!

Mark, Mia, & Melissa love it!

 The newest addition, Kinleigh!

And one on the way!

And the entire family! You all were wonderful! I hope you a great time.

Brittney, Josh, & Caydence

I had such a good day with these 3! You might remember Caydence, Brittney, and Josh from previous posts.  I took Caydence's 1st Birthday pics earlier this year!
We started out in Forest Park and ended the day in Tower Grove. These first few pics were taken before the session officially started. She is so cute!
This beautiful family made my day easy! I hope you guys enjoy!

I think she was trying to tell me something!

Beautiful fam!

Sometimes things don't go as planned.....Caydence really did not want to take any more pictures. Can you tell? She was much more interested in..........

as she called it.... The Ball! If you look closely in the picture above you can see the concrete "ball" behind her.  And below she happily sat for a few shots!

Thank you to the man with the dog! Caydence didn't really want to look my way anymore but she did notice the dog. The man stopped behind me in order to keep Caydence's attention towards the camera!

Caydence really liked playing in the leaves!

I can still hear Brittney laughing!
