When I'm told to do something I don't like to listen. They say don't ever shoot into the sun....well.....I did. Believe it or not this was taken around noon today. I was shooting up through the trees!

February 2, 2011- Day 217
So scrapping all of the ice of my car this morning, not so much fun. Either was pouring hot water on my door handle to open my car door! But before I left for work I tried to capture the cold. My frozen fingers (and I had gloves on) could barely click! And Yeah! No shadow for that Groundhog Phil!

February 1, 2011- Day 216
I had to work today. No I didn't go into the office, I worked from home on my laptop. After a day's work I couldn't wait to get a picture. Have you stepped outside lately? I mean today? I decided to brave the weather for a frosty pic! I stepped onto the snow...no wait I mean ice. Yes I skated across the street and didn't leave any footprints. It was sooo cold outside. My hands froze first. I know I know! I didn't wear any gloves. I think it was worth it!

January 20, 2011- Day 204
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.....when I don't have any places to go! I sat by the burning hot fire, cooked pancakes from scratch, hash browns, and eggs, and enjoyed a day off work! Thanks Coop for helping with breakfast. Dinner is homemade chicken noodle soup!

October 30, 2010- Day 122
So I had to work again this morning but afterwards I had to get some FRESH air. I headed to Tower Grove with my fellow co-worker, Ally for a much needed break. She pointed out this archway and I loved the tree! It's gorgeous. I wish we had a prettier fall! But if you look around you can find a few amazing trees!

That storm last night kept me up! The lightning was bright and the thunder was so loud! I can't sleep well in thunderstorms. I woke up this morning and saw this outside. This poor tree. Last year the same thing happened to the opposite side.

GO GREEN!! Well it is my favorite color!! I feel peaceful here. Sometimes I like to get away from everyone and everything. And after a day of sitting in front of a computer, its nice to get out and breathe. Away from noise and away from thinking too hard!
