November 4, 2010- Day 127

I wanted to find fall today. I had a shot in mind and I found it! I completely back tracked to get it too. I was headed home and noticed this trail from the highway. I was already past the exit but took a few side roads to come back and find the entrance to this park. I'm not going to lie, it was kind of scary being on this trail... alone... with dusk coming quickly. It felt creepy there. Every time the leaves rustled or I heard something near me I jumped. 

October 16, 2010- Day 108

This weekend we went to Brazil, Indiana for one of the Covered Bridge Festivals. When I say we I am referring to Kim, Manny, Crista, Phil, Maria, Roman, Nina, Chris, Ashleigh, & Todd.  Yes, we all made the 3 hour trip! My mom works at the same one every year.  At the festival vendors sell everything from hair extensions to lawn ornaments. I even tried a fried Oreo. This was not the weekend to eat healthy. A few others ordered fried Milky Ways and fried Snickers. 

I wanted to capture the festival but decided instead to focus on the beautiful scenery.

September 23, 2010- Day 85

Can you believe it's the first day of fall? It sure didn't seem like it ! I'm excited about fall. I love seeing the beautiful leaves change, crisp mornings, pumpkins, apple cider, sweaters, and cute boots! So here is a glass of apple cider. Cheers!
