January 26, 2011- Day 210

No one gets excited when they read the words, You are subpoenaed to testify. I was no exception. Do you remember my car accident back in September? The guy who hit me plead not guilty!  Remember now that I was stopped a stoplight! Tonight was the court date at 7PM. After waiting for a half an hour I had my turn to speak with the attorney who verified that I was OK as well as my car. Then I was free to go.  The attorney thanked me for showing up and apologized that my time was wasted. I was just glad that it was over!

January 24, 2011- Day 208

Blah! Started out this morning with a 2 yes, TWO hour commute to work. Thank you icy roads and St Louisan's who can't drive! So I stayed after work to make up the time then headed to the gym. Afterwords I stopped by a friends house for a bit. Then finally home and a frozen pizza it was for dinner. So much for my workout!

January 23, 2011- Day 207

Congratulations Team H for winning 2nd place in the Sunday League Men's Roller Hockey Championship at All-American. Next year it's first place right guys? You all did awesome. Nice job goalie on all the awesome saves!

January 22, 2011- Day 206

His name? Cheddar Cheese. Why you ask? My mom answers, "Because he likes cheddar cheese!" This cat is huge. I believe he weighs about 20 pounds. I think he weighs about the same as my mom's small dog.

January 21, 2011- Day 205

Sisters night! The night started with a little Chinese food, I ate pizza, and a little TV. Then we watched "What Happens in Vegas" &  ate popcorn of course.

January 20, 2011- Day 204

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.....when I don't have any places to go! I sat by the burning hot fire, cooked pancakes from scratch, hash browns, and eggs, and enjoyed a day off work! Thanks Coop for helping with breakfast. Dinner is homemade chicken noodle soup!

After work I headed to a bridal event with Kim and a few bridesmaids. I took a few pictures at the event but when the snow started to fall I knew I wanted that picture instead. After the event and a coffee break I was in my car and captured the snow through my windshield. What do you think?

January 18, 2011- Day 202

So after work I had a few errands to run which included going shopping for some baby items. Don't worry they aren't for me, for a friend or two!  Fun fact about me, my first job was at Babies R Us. It still smells the same! Like baby powder and lotion. Maybe that was just the aisle I was in!

Hello snow! I miss snow days so work it was today. Before I left for work I snapped a few pictures. And I'm glad I did because it took me an hour to get home because of a car accident! Snow pictures in the dark? Nah! I love the snow as long as I'm not driving in it!

It was kind of a lazy Sunday. Went shopping, read, and just chilled. I love not doing anything sometimes!

Zana & Rick's Wedding 12.10.10

I was so excited to be the second shooter for Zana & Rick's wedding. Zana asked me early on if I wanted to second shoot for the experience. I gladly accepted and once I talked with Nicole, her photographer, we were set. Thank you Photography by N.Cole for letting me second shoot!

Zana and Rick had a private intimate ceremony at their church. After some quick pics in and outside of the church we all headed downtown for a few more after pictures! It was so much fun! I was amazed at how quickly the day flew by! Rick even surprised the guests by singing "Marry Me" by Train to his new wife!

Zana you are a beautiful bride and a wonderful friend! Thank you for letting me be a part of your special day. And Rick you are such a sweet awesome guy! Take care of each other!

Happy Birthday Mom!!! My sisters, brother, and I took my mom to a late lunch. Her gifts included a fun decorated wine glass, a leopard print purse, and a leopard faux throw. Love you Mom!! Hope you've had a great day!!!

Tonight it was the CWE (Central West End). Headed there for some drinks and sushi. I have to admit that Kim and I did sneak a cupcake in beforehand. My new fav drink- a Cucumber Martini! YUM!

YES I do watch Jersey Shore! So I must admit that I was pretty pumped about the premiere tonight. Kim, Crista, Phil, and I decided it was T-SHIRT time!!! You have to watch it to know what that means!

December 31, 2010- Day 184

What a crazy storm! I was sitting on my bed and heard the thunder. I looked out my window and saw the rain clouds rolling in. The sky immediately darkened and it started to pour and then hail. I turned on the news as I watched the storm and heard the newscaster say, "Take cover immediately, do not sit and watch the storm. You wouldn't be able to see the tornado through the rain." I couldn't move though! Luckily we didn't get hit too bad but the Sunset hills area is a mess!
